It was a nice dinner. We started with a series of Amuses and they were all very good. I really liked my scallops and caviar dish and it was a refreshing start on a very hot day. My husband liked his first course also. My Lobster dish was beautiful and tasty. My husband was spoiled the day before at Le Bernardin, so his fish dish didn’t measure up. All the dessert courses were nice. Service was professional but they forgot about our anniversary and that is unusual for USHG.
