We celebrated my husband’s birthday early and had a lovely dinner. The soft shell crab was addictive and we could have eaten another one easily. The sugar snap peas were refreshing and light. Baja Scallops with Gnocchi was really delicious, fresh and flavorful. The charcoal potatoes were very interesting. It came with a black vinegar in a spray bottle that you were supposed to spray on the potatoes. It was really delicious and a unique dish. Chef Michael and the crew are so creative. They always come up with something unique and fun for diners to try. The carrots dish was a nice veggie dish. I think I liked their version better than the one at Red Medicine. We usually go for the apple dessert because it is so good, but I am glad we tried something new. The Greek yogurt with Strawberries and Peach was really delicious and nice summer dessert.
Another great dinner at Ink and considering I forgot my camera and had to use my phone to take the pictures they turned out OK.
