We had another wonderful dinner at Ink. We started with lamb neck and egg served in potato nest. It was a very delicious and satisfying start. Next was the corn, miso, Doritos and nori. It was very addictive and comforting. Turbot with quinoa was a great dish specially the quinoa, it almost tasted like Joël Robuchon’s famous potato puree. After talking with the manager we realized why, Butter and more butter!! The Suckling pig was good. The flower dessert was so beautiful, refreshing and delicious. Service was good. We didn’t see chef Michael until we were ready to leave. I guess that shows that the kitchen can handle beautifully without him being present all the time.
