Eggnog & Jamaican Rum and Black Pearl
Appleton Estate Jamaican rum + Grenadian nutmeg + ginger + Dominican white chocolate
Considering I don’t enjoy white chocolate this truffle had a great flavor from the Rum and Nutmeg.
Black Pearl had Ginger + wasabi + dark chocolate + black sesame seeds
We had this one many times before and it had a nice spice kick.

Chef Pascal – Kirsch + 65% dark chocolate + dried Michigan cherry
Gianduia – crunchy hazelnut praline + milk chocolate + praline bits
Woolloomooloo – Australian macadamia nuts + coconut + 45% deep milk chocolate
Ambrosia – Australian macadamia nuts + Cointreau® + white chocolate
Absinthe – Chinese star anise + fennel + absinthe + dark chocolate + cocoa powder
Wink of the Rabbit – Soft caramel + deep milk chocolate + organic New Mexican pecan

President Snow and Effie The Hunger Games Catching Fire collection
Blood orange & tellicherry peppercorns caramel + 72% cacao dark chocolate was great; it had a nice citrus flavor and the pepper balanced the sweetness of the bar.
Effie had dried strawberries + candied violet flowers + 62% cacao dark chocolate
My husband enjoyed this one more than me. It was a little too sweet for me.

Red Fire Caramel Bar
Mexican ancho y chipotle chillies + Ceylon cinnamon + rich caramel + 62% cacao dark chocolate
Caramel and Chipotle was a nice combo.
Marzipan Bar
Sicilian almond marzipan + amaretto + 62% cacao dark chocolate
We love Marzipan and this bar had the added bonus of amaretto. How bad could it be?
Coconut Ash & Banana Super Dark Chocolate Bar
Sri Lankan coconut + charcoal coconut ash + Hawaiian banana + 72% cacao dark chocolate
This was part of their new Super Dark collection and I had the last piece today. Great Banana and coconut flavor with a deep chocolate taste.
