I had heard about this new butcher shop and restaurant. Their farm is located at the foot of Mount Shasta in California’s Cascade Range. They recently opened a location inside the Grand Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles offering organic, grass fed and humane meat.
My husband went with the Belcampo Burger. I got the same thing minus the buns. We really enjoyed the juicy, flavorful burger. The cheese added a little saltiness and the caramelized onion a little sweetness. I saved my carbs for the very crunchy and delicious Beef Tallow Fries. It was very addicting and delicious. A great experience and if we need a burger in Downtown area we will be back.
