Smoked Fish Plate
Lox, sturgeon, Salmon Salad, Smoked Salmon Wing (collar), Cream Cheese, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Capers, Potato Salad, Rye Bread and Everything Bagel
I thought the sturgeon was delicious and had a great smokiness. The lox was a little salty but great on the rye with cream cheese and tomatoes. My husband loved the collar. The salmon salad was fine and the potato salad balanced the plate. I am not a bagel person, but enjoyed it. I prefer rye bread any day.

The O.G. Pastrami, Mustard, Rye
It was a pretty good pastrami sandwich. The pastrami was flavorful and the rye bread was crusty, but I prefer langer’s bread a little better.
