McCall’s in Los Feliz is my new favorite meat and fish place, because they carry some interesting items at fair prices. I just wish we had a similar place in our area.
I am always on the lookout for great scallops and theirs was from the Massachusetts. As much as I liked the scallops, what stole the show was their amazingly sweet blue shrimp from the New Caledonia.
I used Ras el hanout spice and grilled the shrimps and scallops briefly.
