Rollin Smoke Barbeque has been on my list of places to try in Las Vegas for over a year now. It seems to be on almost everyone’s list for a good BBQ place. We were at Crystal mall and were hungry, so I looked up RSB to see how far they were located. I was happy that it was within 10-15 minutes drive from the Crystal. My brother and cousin have been there before and liked it enough to recommend it. It is basically by the highway bridge and you have a bird eye view of the Wynn and Encore. The menu is simple enough and service was helpful. It was a good BBQ, but nothing to sing about.

Brisket, Pulled Pork and Ribs combo
The winner were the ribs.  They were smoky and had good amount of meat. The pulled pork was our second favorite. It was tasty enough and was not dry. The brisket on the other hand even though had a smoke ring, did not taste that smoky. It needed more seasoning to bring it to life. The two sauces they offered were beyond sweet. We prefer more of a vinegar based sauce. The side of the potato salad was surprisingly good and not sweet or overly dressed.
