Ink Sack, Michael Voltaggio’s casual sandwich concept has been serving their food at the Tom Bradley International terminal for a while now. We finally had a chance to eat something satisfying at the airport and it looked like a lot of people felt the same way about Ink Sack. Service was kind of slow but the food was worth the wait. I usually shy away from white bread but their ciabatta was nicely toasted but after having one and half sandwich I was ready to sleep. I had to walk up and down the terminal to keep myself awake. Next time I eat their food in the plane because who needs sleep aid when you have white bread!!

Pastrami Kraut, Swiss, Pickles
I asked the counter girl weather we should have pastrami or reuben? She recommended pastrami and it was a decent version. It had a kick from a wasabi mayo I believe.

Spanish Godfather Ham, Chorizo, Manchego, Olives, Mayo, Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, Sherry Vinaigrette
I enjoyed this sandwich even more than the first time I had it at their Melrose location. Very flavorful and with the listed ingredients how can it not be?

Ham, Egg & Cheese Bacon and Egg, Cheddar, Arugula, Mayo
My husband was going to get the chorizo and egg but since he had a strep throat, I suggested something less spicy. He enjoyed his choice.
