I gave my cousin four choices for brunch and she picked Wolf. Our last experience at Wolf was very positive except for two dishes being on the salty side. The space is very welcoming and I like the look of the place. Service as last time, was helpful and friendly.

Crispy Potatoes Chive Aioli, Rosemary, Horseradish
We loved these potatoes last time and had to get it this time for sure. I just told them to go easy on the salt. They are the most popular item on the menu according to our waiter. As last time, they were super crisp and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We asked one of the servers how they make it and he said the potatoes go through a boiling, freezing, liquid nitrogen and frying process. I specially loved the aioli and had to scrape every last inch with my fork.

Eggs Benedict Hollandaise, Coddled Egg, Spinach, Smoked Pork
My cousin picked this dish and really liked it. Since we enjoyed this dish last time, I recommended it. They liked the fact that the they went easy on the hollandaise sauce and gave you just enough.

Steak and Eggs Flatiron, Kale, Chipotle Vinaigrette, Crispy Egg
I am not usually a flatiron fan but really enjoyed this beefy steak. It was cooked perfectly also. The crunchy egg provided some textural contrast and the spicy kale added some brightness to the dish.

Golden Eggs Lodge Toast, Avocado, Spinach, Horseradish, Turmeric, Coconut Oil
My pick was this dish and it was a healthy choice. The perfectly toasted bread was topped with avocado, sauteed spinach and a turmeric, coconut oil fried egg.
