Koobideh Kabob with Shishito Peppers

Koobideh recipe:
1 pound of grass-fed organic 15% ground beef
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Ginger powder
Garlic powder
Sumac
Salt
Pepper

I portion the ground beef using a half a cup measurement to four balls. I then mix all the seasoning and form it to a kabob shape.  Finally, I  add additional salt, pepper and turmeric on the top before grilling it. Pretty tasty kabob and better than 99% of koobideh out there.
