We stopped at Caesars Palace to try some of Payard’s desserts but to our shock and disappointment, we found out they closed their bakery and bistro two months ago. It felt like a nightmare, but I remember reading something about a brioche place by Guy Savoy. I asked a couple of people about the location and we finally found the small stand. They offered some sandwiches, baked goods and obviously brioche.

Ginger, Pineapple and Coconut Broiche
It tasted good but it needed a little more pineapple and I did not taste any coconut. I thought one was a little too much for me. It was big enough to be shared by two light eaters.
