I found this places while reading Michelin guide D.C. online. The two dishes we had were almost identical and not worth the price. When we asked our waitress what she thought about our choices, she responded, they were her two favorites! I think we must have been overly tired that day to order two dishes so much a like.

Liege Waffle caraway-juniper sauerkraut, braadworst, bacon lardon, poached egg, mustard beer cream
All I got was a sweet waffle covered with a lot of sauerkraut, a little bacon, one poached egg and no braadworst that I could see or taste. The mustard sauce brought everything together.

Choucroute Benedict pan roasted pork belly, english muffin, brown beer onions, poached egg, hollandaise, roasted fingerlings, caraway sauerkraut
Almost the same dish as the Liege Waffle. The only difference, instead of waffle you got English muffin and a side of potatoes. At least with this dish you got two poached eggs!
