We started our first breakfast right and went to Floriole. I enjoyed the Ham & Cheese Croissant and it reminded me of the one from Tartine. There is no surprise there because Sandra Holl, was trained at Tartine. My husband enjoyed his Blueberry Galette, but it was on the sweet side for me. We also got a few things to go. Gateau Basque was delicious and it was Almond butter cake filled with pastry cream and fruit.
