Pie-Not specializes in Aussie meat Pies. They offer six standard and six premium pies as well as sausage rolls and other items. They serve organic Australian coffee from Bun Coffee of Byron Bay, Australia. We really like their coffee and have been coming here for their Flat White and mocha. As far as their pies, we preferred the Drover to the Blooming Hot. The former is basically a shepherd’s pie in a pastry crust and it was pretty good and very filling. The Latter was a little dry, but very flavorful with a strong peppercorn presence. I doubt we will be back for their pies that often, because it is too much crust and dough for us. Daisy & Babe Sag Roll was a pretty good sausage roll. I had the Wasp Nest after blood work one time. It was fine but too much white dough for me and perfect for carb lovers like my mom.
