Slow Braised Short Ribs, Crispy Potatoes, Sunny Sides, Chile
We made a mistake of ordering the same thing! It sounded good on the paper, but it was perfect if you liked your short ribs in the jam form!! I could not believe how sweet it was. The potatoes were nice and crisp and the chile sauce helped to cut through the sweetness of the short ribs. Needless to say I skipped most of the short ribs.
Service was confused. The manager was nice, but our waitress was clueless. She didn’t even bother to pick up the menu after we placed our order. At the end of our meal she didn’t even bother to offer us the dessert menu.
The combination of sugary short ribs and careless service left a bad taste in our mouth.
