75 Sumac cocktail was very interesting
White Trout was great
Foie gras was pretty good, but the saffron gelee was amazing
Shawarma was great as usual
The risotto was OK
Asparagus dish was very refreshing
Overall, We enjoyed this dinner much better than the previous one. It might have been because the dishes were more light and creative. My favorite was the Tabouli and the trout. I had to make the Tabouli dish right away because it was so fresh and tasty.
