Great Toast with fluffy eggs, umami from the flavorful mushrooms and the house cured ham didn’t hurt either!!

We really enjoyed this dish and I even made my own version. Great flavor from the high quality produce. It is no wonder, because I have seen Chef Walter Manzke at Santa Monica Farmer’s Market the past couple of times we went there. The tart yogurt was the perfect topping for this dish. The baguette was flavorful and crisp. A very comforting dish.
