We loved their Mushroom Pizza even more than the one from Mozza. It had Gruyere, melted onions, black Truffle, Parsley and other herbs. The crust was even more delicious than Mozza and had a great texture. The Prosciutto and Egg pizza had Gruyere, Mozz, Pecorino and a sunny-side egg. It was a tasty pizza, but a little too salty because of all the cheese and Prosciutto . Service was very friendly. I wish this place was closer to us.
Another time we had the Houemade Porchetta and fennel pizza. It had aged provolone, parmesan, oregano and parsley. It was a very flavorful pizza and on the spicy side. We ordered the shaved mushroom pizza to go and by mistake they gave us the Fennel Bianco. It had fennel, burrata, rosemary, basil and olive oil. It was OK. It needed something else to perk it up. Maybe roasted garlic or black pepper.
We just picked up the mushroom pizza yesterday 8/24 and it was good, but not as great as the first time. The crust was great, but maybe they need to add a little more wild mushroom blend to the Crimini one they used. Still a very good pizza. Take out took a looong time even though we called ahead.
