The owners of this amazing place, Ronit and Shuli Madmone source out the best spices from around the world. They had more than 300 different spices and it took me almost one hour to make my selection after squatting ten times!! So far I have enjoyed the following:
Murray Salt– I used this one last night on my steak and we really enjoyed this mild, flaky, peachy color salt from Australia.
Sea Salt Hawaii Kai Black Lava– This interesting salt is a blend of Natural Pacific Sea Salt; Premium Activated Charcoal; Hawaii Kai Ocean Essence. This one was saltier than the Murray Salt.
Cacao Nibs – Cacao Nibs are perfectly roasted cocoa beans separated from their husks and broken into small bits. I used it as a topping for my pancakes.
Istanbul Grill Seasoning– This aromatic spice is a blend of Chili, Cumin, Garlic, Onion, Oregano, Sea Salt, Coriander, Bay Leaves, Basil, Black Pepper. I used this seasoning to marinate my steak and it reminded me of the döner kebab I had long time ago in Istanbul.
