This place was recommended by my new hairdresser who is French but is lucky enough not to have a sweet tooth. How can you trust someone like that?! As usual the pastry case looked better than it tasted.
Espresso Truffle Souflé
With a name like that you would think you get a mocha flavor dessert, but no, it was a sugar bomb. All you could taste was sugar and nothing else.
Mascarpone, espresso and rum was the base of this cake. It was well balanced and not too sweet.
German Chocolate Cake
Flourless chocolate cake, condensed coconut milk, pecan and coconut was what described this cake but unfortunately it was too sweet.
