I never forgot the delicious crepes we had at Breizh café five years ago. The texture was so unique. Almost like a crunchy lace. They only take reservations in the morning, which is in the middle of the night West Coast time and are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So my plan was to get there around 6 PM in order to be seated without reservation. When we got there, there were plenty of tables open. I was very happy to finally try their amazing crepes again. Service was friendly and not only they had a menu in English but our waiter spoke perfect English.
Great cider but a bottle was too much for us.
Provencale Onion Confit in Cider, Tomatoes, Ham, Artichoke, Raw Milk Gruyere Cheese, Sunny Side Up Egg, Herbs de Provence
Loved my choice. I asked them to add artichoke and remove the anchovy to make it a great provencal crepe. Every bite was a delight. The tomato added a welcoming moisture to the dish. The texture of the crepe was amazingly crisp.
Bretonne Sauteed Mushrooms, Gruyere Cheese, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon
My husband’s choice. He really liked it. I took a bite and found it tasty, specially the bacon but I prefered my choice.
