Gorsha is an Ethiopian stall at the Union market. You can choose a small bowl or a large one. You have a choice of greens, rice or injera (bread) as your base. You then pick your toppings.
With big bowl you get two meats, three veggies and unlimited toppings. My husband wanted the turmeric rice as the base and I chose braised lamb and yellowfin tuna. For veggies we picked mushroom hash, spinach and kale and yellow split peas. I asked for a little bit of all the toppings. It was a hearty delicious bowl. The tuna was fresh, the lamb was tender and I specially liked the mushroom hash. The portion was plenty for one person or it could be shared by two if you are not that hungry.
